If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping.

  • For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
