We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Products with physical damage, signs of use, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale products are non-returnable.

Our support team will respond within 24β48 business hours.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video/photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days.
Amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
