We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown during checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.


7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Local lockdowns or government restrictions


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.


9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
